Fast, friendly and very reasonably priced. Had a cracked phone screen cover- got it replaced in less than 15 minutes and no bubbles! Great service!!
Totally happy with the service. I couldn't make an app work on my phone, so I took it in to them and explained the problem. The tech worked on it for 10 or 15 minutes, then handed it back to me with the app working. I asked how much I owed, and he said " no charge". I was pleasantly surprised. I'll use them again when I have a problem with my electronic gadgets.

I dropped my phone news years eve night and broke the screen internally. The next morning I went to this location and the gentlemen said give me 30 minutes!

Great customer service. They didn’t have the part in Bothell so they called Redmond and had me go over there. I was quoted 120 but Redmond charged 140. Not a huge deal because it took less than an hour for the screen replacement.
Update: screen that was replaced began to fail one day so I called one hour repair and they told me to drop it off. Next day I go by and they just say here you go.. not a lot of clarity but point is they did quick, good work and backed up their product and replaced it for free. I didn't appreciate the disrespect and calling the cops immediately when I asked for a screen protector on my new phone screen was wildly out of control. I went to Redmond spoke with the owner and trying to chalk it up to him having a bad day. I just need to know that if I go back in I'm not going to have issues with him and that he's resolved whatever issues he's having. The owner sent me on my way with the screen protector and a thank you for understanding. I'll leave the review as is for now depending on how my return to Bothell location is in the future as I'd like to support you guys

DO NOT GO HERE! I came in for a screen repair on my hp laptop which went relatively okay, other than it taking a few days longer than expected. The laptop techs do not work everyday. When I received my laptop and took it home, my keyboard no longer worked and the tech was unable to fix it and claimed it had nothing to do with the repair. I paid $300 for a new screen and will likely have to have more repairs done.

I brought my non-functioning phone in for data recovery. I just wanted to have my photos transferred to a flash drive. When the flash drive was returned to me, I found that they had put all the data from someone else's phone onto my drive. I had them immediately correct their mistake, but they did not seem at all upset or apologetic about the fact that they'd given someone else's personal information and photos to me. This is an egregious mistake, and one I'm not inclined to let them make with my info.
I went into the 1 hour repair store, expecting to wait at least an hour when he told me it would only take a 1/2 hour and handed me my phone 20 minutes later I couldn't be more happy.
I spent 500 some odd dollars for a battery replacement and digitizer replacement. Roughly one month later and my battery is warm, and I've noticed a circular dead spot on my screen with a flashing line emanating from it .
I believe my money went to receiving used parts. 500.00 to have basically the same issue.

I'm extremely unhappy with the service I recieved from this business. I can't say enough DO NOT GO HERE.
I have a Samsung Z Fold 3 and was trying to get the inner folding screen replaced. 1 month, 4 trips to the location, 3 screens later, and absolutely ZERO transparency, I still have a damaged screen that I paid way too much money for.
Let's start from the beginning... I walk in, they don't have the screen in stock. Ok it gets ordered and I pay half up front before leaving. 1 week later, I drive back to have them do the replacement. They tell me it's going to be a 4 hour job! Ok fine, I go home and then come back 5 hours later to pick up the phone. The very young technician couldn't get it properly working and I was starting to get worried that they broke my phone worse than just a screen. Tech finally got it going after standing there for another 1.5hrs... literally picks pieces off the floor that I had seen laying there for hours, puts them in my phone, and hands it to me. The replacement is MORE banged up, scratched, dented, stuck pixels than the one I originally brought in! It was supposed to be a NEW replacement. But they tried to pass off the more damaged used piece and tried to charge me full price for the used. I refused. They didn't tell me at any point that they were going to try to sell me a used screen! They agreed to re-order an actual New screen for me. Another week goes by and I get a text that the new part has arrived. The catch is... it's in a green color because they couldn't find the black color I originally had. They didn't ask me, they didn't communicate with me the options available, they just ordered whatever color and assumed I would take it. Another week goes by and I finally get back to the shop. I drop off the phone with a different tech this time (more experienced which made me feel better). But 1 hr later when I get back to pick up my phone... he hands it to me and IT'S ANOTHER USED SCREEN!! Scratches, dents, dings along the edges. I say what's this? It's supposed to be new! Turns out he then told me he Knew it was used but again tried to pass it off as new, and tried to charge me full price. He said I could pay, then go to the Redmond location where they have a new one in stock. I'm over it at this point. We negotiate a tiny price cut and I walk out with the phone cuz I'm so fed up with this business.
I STILL have a dented, busted screen and am out $600. This place is a ripoff, dishonest, disorganized, and messy business. DO NOT GO HERE.

Confirmed with staff the services and the iPhone model. They said that they had the part and it would be two hours. Waited around and worked on my iPad in the parking lot. Using WiFi. Waiting on that the message that the phone was fixed. Go in and the the didn’t have the part or text.
Brought my iPhone 12 in as it would not charge using the port, only wireless charging. I tried cleaning it as outlined online. Hebert took a look, did some cleaning and now it works!

My phone stopped charging out of nowhere and it ended up needing the charging port to be replaced. They checked to make sure it wasn't just a dirty port before doing the repair and they were able to fix it in under an hour and so far it's working great. Really fast and professional service.
They didn't seal the phone properly and let excessive water in ruining the motherboard and would not fix it under their "warranty" Go to another place for repairs
Looks like they're equipped to do decent work but I didn't get to find out. Called and told the guy on the phone my exact model and problem, asked if they could help if I came in, and he said yes. Turns out they didn't have parts for my very common phone in stock and the guy didn't bother to check. (For bonus points, they wanted 2x the Amazon price for the part which makes it economically pointless to conduct the repair) Wasted 30 minutes on a useless trip.

The best place to get a phone repair, and the only people you should be going to from now on. I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max that stopped working randomly 5 months ago, Best Buy couldn’t fix it and Apple wanted to repair the wrong part for 400. I know they don't list laptops as something they work on, but mine would not turn on, and they were willing to take a look at it. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do short of a thorough diagnostic, which they must charge for. They spent an amount of time on the laptop, for which they did not charge me at all. In fact, a customer before me had a phone that would not charge, and after the technician did a quick cleaning of the charging port, the phone started charging, and he sent her on her way without any cost to her. I feel this is place is run by very honest people and I highly recommend them.

I called various places around me about disposing/recycling a iPhone battery that had expanded inside the phone, nobody was willing to take it as an expanded or do it for free. Folks, I want to share another great experience at this cell phone store. I have an old phone that was overheating so I returned to my favorite cell phone repair place WHO DOES NOT REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT AND lDOES GREAT WORK. A couple of friends had complained about the hard time they had trying to find a shop that didn’t have a wait list or charge just to scope out the problem so I pointed them to this little jewel. And when I had this overheating issue, I called them - still no appointment needed or fee to look at it. Later, when the tech looked at it and gave me the diagnosis, I considered my options (after a little quiet research), explained my budget limit, and bought a phone there. They transferred my data for free and I walked out of the shop with one less issue! What a great way to end the day!! I deleted my prior raving review. Took my phone in for LCD replacement after dropping it the last week of February. It was repaired quickly, but not within the hour as advertised. After a week, I noticed that my microphone wasn't working, nor the camera. Took it back in on Monday, March 2nd. They found that the tech didn't reconnect the mic while repairing the LCD. Easy fix. However, determined that the camera component needed replaced, so supposedly ordered it after collecting a deposit from me. I was told the part had to be ordered & would be in by that Friday. It wasn't. I've called weekly for the last 3 weeks & have been told "Friday". The 2nd to last call, I was told that the original vendor they used didn't have it in stock & they ordered it from another so should recieve it by last Friday. I called late Friday to check & was told it'd be here Saturday for sure. Saturday passed...not a word from them. I just called them & they are giving me the run around, AGAIN. Why did they tell me it was Fed Ex's fault instead of telling me it the vendor didn't have it in the first place? Furthermore, I asked for a tracking number. They claimed they didn't have one. Fed Ex has tracking on all deliveries. (I know people who work at Fed Ex.) Just like the review, by Erin, left below, seems they are being unethical not being honest with customers. I will be getting my deposit back & seeking out a more honorable phone repair to fix my phone & paying more money even though a rep I spoke to admitted that the camera could have been damaged during the LCD repair. I'm DONE & disappointed is an understatement. I'd have more respect for them if they were just honest about what's going on instead of blatant lies.
They quickly replaced the glass on my iPhone. Multiple times, they have also provided complimentary cleaning of my charging plug-in port. Highly recommended!
Horrible customer service. Take your device anywhere but here. Dropped my work iPad off for charging port replacement. Were told it would take 7 days. 26 days later… still no iPad and zero communication from them. Always me calling them. About day 21 was told they were waiting on a new screen now for iPad. Apparently they broke my screen in transit but no one let me know. This added an additional week. (Would put us out at day 28!)…. Spoke with owner Sunday, March 25 2024. He was nice and I decided to give him the benefit of doubt He tried to rush ship a screen and agreed to call me Monday and Tuesday to keep me in loop and hopefully have iPad fixed. We are on Wednesday (day 26) …. NO PHONE CALLS STILL. Called them twice today (again they promised to have owner call in 15-20 min… nothing). 2nd call, they answered and said they’re working on it and will call. Not holding my breath. NOTE TO BUSINESS: Customers understand that life happens and timelines change but when you don’t keep us in the loop at all w/ zero communication, you lose our trust and any referrals we would happily pass onto future customers. Our hands are tied when you have our devices and don’t care for them properly!
I'm sooo grateful to the team for saving my phone!!! It died without any reason one day, and only then did I realize I haven't backed up any photos of videos for the past 2 years. Devastated over potentially loosing thousands of photos and videos of my family and my late dog, I turned to the place that has already helped me with an iphone a while ago. **DO NOT GO HERE** I brought my smartphone in because my screen was not damaged, but the connection was loose and I clearly explained and showed this to the young woman at the Bothell location. She proceeded to shatter the screen removing it with no apology or any attempt to take responsibility. I had to pay for a screen replacement and it works fine now. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND LITERALLY COST ME $500 BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCY AND I CAN PROVE ALL OF IT BUT im not going to waste my time posting every picture/detail here.
The Tech is always quick & effective, perfect for making the critical phone work like it's supposed to. I no longer go to them to fix what I screwed up, I just take it to them for everything. Great service.
Outstanding customer service from Ben. He is knowledgeable, efficient, quick and friendly. After I struggled with my phone for days he managed to fix the problem with just 10 minutes!!! Yikes, dropped my phone on the screen was all screwed up. All this great place about 5-10 minutes from where we live. The repair man, Ben, was excellent! Professional, calming and informative. Was able to go home for about a half hour, when I got the call, that was all fixed! Looks great. Works great. Great service! Would highly recommend to others!
Came in last minute Christmas Eve with a Google pixel, guy there was super chill and even had chocolates out to take :) he said it would take an hour but it was 30 mins max. A little pricey but better than buying a new phone. Did a great job tho and my phone is looking top tier.
