Do you take appointments?

No appointments are needed. We do all our repairs on a walk-in basis at our Redmond, Issaquah and Bothell stores.

Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

We offer a lifetime warranty against defects on our repairs, covering replacement parts and installation (except for physical and water damage).

Do you use OEM parts?

Yes, in many cases we offer OEM parts. Aftermarket parts are more readily available and generally have the same quality as OEM, and we back all our parts — OEM and aftermarket — with a lifetime warranty (except for physical and water damage).

Can you fix my phone or tablet, and is it worth it?

Yes, we can repair most phones and tablets. Repairs are definitely cost-effective, as new flagship phones can cost upwards of $1,200.

I dropped my device in water. Can you fix it?

We can repair some water-damaged devices, but our primary purpose is to help you recover your data. Water-damaged devices face micro-corrosion, which is difficult to mitigate. Power the device off, don’t charge it, and bring it to us as soon as possible.
