Contact and transaction information
We may collect your name, address, phone number, email, payment details and communication preferences. Card information is handled by the payment processor and is not intentionally stored by OHDR.
Device and repair information
We may record the device make, model, serial number or IMEI, reported problem, photos, repair history, services performed, parts used, prices and passwords or security codes you choose to provide for authorized diagnosis or testing.
Communications and website use
RepairDesk or another approved service provider may retain records of calls, emails and SMS messages. The website may collect IP address, browser, operating system, pages viewed, cookies and similar technical information used to operate, secure and improve the site.
How information is used
We use information to answer inquiries, diagnose and repair devices, provide estimates and status updates, process payment, arrange shipping, honor warranties, improve operations, prevent fraud, enforce terms and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only where consent or applicable law permits.
Device data
Technicians access device content only as reasonably needed for the authorized diagnosis, test, transfer or recovery. Back up where possible and remove unrelated sensitive data. No repair or recovery process can make damaged storage risk-free.
Service providers and required sharing
Information may be shared with payment processors, shipping partners, RepairDesk or other SMS providers, website and IT vendors, professional advisers and authorities when required by law. Information may also transfer during a merger, acquisition or sale. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
SMS choices
With consent, we may send repair updates, appointment information, missed-call follow-ups and review requests. Frequency varies and carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Promotional messaging requires the applicable consent.
Cookies and third-party features
Essential WordPress functions, maps, spam protection, analytics and similar services may use cookies or receive technical information. Browser controls can limit cookies, although parts of the website may then work differently.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained as reasonably needed for service, warranty, accounting, security and legal purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion and may opt out of marketing, subject to records we must keep or permitted exceptions.
Children, security and changes
Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. This notice may be updated and the revised date will be published here.
